Learn technical things when you're young

Certain careers are much easier to pick up young. Usually technical subjects (programming, math, physics)
Some can be done at older ages (teaching, leading, writing etc)
start upwind (cf Paul graham)
programmers can become managers, vice versa doesn't really happen (tho - does this mean managing is more fun?)

Aka don't do community building
