- Community, togetherness: Rana’s bday, 8/10
- Falling short in:
- productivity of campers, 6/10
- hackathon quality (generating concrete outputs), 4/10
- overall camp unity, 4/10
Musings
- How sustainable is this pace? Could we run this for a month?
- Registration desk taking a lot more effort/churn than expected, should have found someone else to staff.
- Though: like Ronny said, having an info desk for people to find you can be really good
- Our schedule is super good I think, best in class, makes this whole thing run smooth
